Once an account has been created, it can be accessed by logging in using your email address and password at this link https://portal.xapien.com.
If you access Xapien though your organisation (SSO), go to the same link https://portal.xapien.com/ . You will be re-directed to your organisation's SSO login page. Here you can log in using your organisation credentials.
Forgotten Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgotten your password?' below the sign-in text-box. Here you will be asked to enter your email address. Please use the email your account is linked to.
Once you have entered your email address, an email will be sent to you containing a link to reset your password.
Please note, if you don't have an existing Xapien account, selecting 'Forgotten your password?' will not send you an email.
