How do I access my completed reports?

Where to find, filter, and search through completed reports

Written by Lily Share

All reports you have generated can be found in the Reports tab in the sidebar, located on the left-hand side of the portal.

Viewing Reports in the Reports Tab

Within the Reports tab, reports are listed by date of generation.

Selecting the My reports button filters the list to show only the reports you have generated.

Can't see the My reports button?

This customisation is off by default. To turn this on: navigate to Settings (located by clicking on your initials in the bottom left corner of the portal), select the Customisation tab, and toggle on the Show 'My reports' filter.

From the Reports tab, you can see:

  • If your report is queued or generating (a spinning circle and the status “Generating” or "Queued" will appear to the right of the report)

  • The date and time the report was created

  • Who ran the report

  • Whether risk has been identified in the main report sections (see Navigating Xapien Report Icons for details)

  • The report template used

  • Risk score (shown only for report templates that include risk scoring)

To view a full report, click on the report title. The report viewer will open, with navigation on the left-hand side and actions such as Share, Export (PDF), and Ask Xapien at the top of the page.

Please note that the Reports tab shows reports generated by all users across all teamspaces you belong to. To learn more, see Using teamspaces.

Filtering your reports

You can use filters to quickly find, prioritise, and manage your reports in the Report Centre and within Teamspace report lists.

The following filters are available:

  • Unread - Toggle to show only reports that haven't been opened yet. This is useful for quickly identifying new reports that need your attention

  • Subject (Person / Organisation) - Filter by subject type so you can focus on the type of research you're working on

  • Date range - Set a start and end date to see reports run within a specific window. This is handy for tracking down a recent report or reviewing a period's activity

  • Run by - Filter by the team member who ran a report

  • Template - Only view reports run using a specific template, such as the Xapien Risk Framework

  • Tags - Filter the list to reports tagged with a specific client, project, or engagement. See How to use tags for more on creating and managing tags.
