Organisation Insights gives Organisation Admins a self-serve view of how their organisation is adopting Xapien.
You can see usage across your organisation and teamspaces, and monitor adoption across your users - all without leaving the app or reaching out to your Customer Success Manager or support.
This article walks you through what Organisation Insights shows, and how to filter and export the data.
ℹ️ Who is this for?
Organisation Insights is available to Organisation Admins. Standard users and viewers won't see the page - it's there to give admins oversight of their organisation's usage and setup.
Where to find Organisation Insights
To view your Organisation Insights, select 'Insights' from the menu located on the left of the platform.
Organisation adoption at a glance
The top of the page gives you a quick read on how your organisation is using Xapien over the period you've selected:
Total Reports - the number of reports run across your organisation
Active Users - how many users have been running reports
Reports per User - average activity across your active users, so you can gauge how evenly Xapien is being adopted
Breakdowns
Beneath the headline figures, a set of breakdowns help you understand where and how Xapien is being used:
Usage by teamspace - see which teamspaces are most active
Reports over time - track how report volumes change across the period
Reports by type - understand the mix of reports your organisation is running
Top report runners - see which users are running the most reports
Filtering and exporting
You can tailor the view and take the data away with you:
Period filters - choose the window you want to look at, such as the last 30 days, so the figures and breakdowns reflect the period that matters to you
CSV export - export the usage log to CSV for your own reporting or record-keeping
Things to note
Available to Organisation Admins. Only admins can see Organisation Insights for their organisation.
This is read-only. Organisation Insights gives you visibility into usage - it doesn't change any settings.
