When Xapien is running at full capacity, any new report requests are placed in a queue and processed as soon as space becomes available.

You’ll see:

Queued for processing page – confirms your report is in the queue.

Live Queue Pop-up – quick view of queued reports from anywhere.

Report Centre – queued reports are tagged clearly so you know their status.

When your report is ready you will be sent an email notification - there is no manual checking required. Email notifications can be turned off by going to account settings.

The queuing system keeps the platform stable, fast, and reliable - even when many reports are being run.

Regenerating a report does not place it back into the queue. Reports will regenerate straight away.
