When Xapien is running at full capacity, any new report requests are placed in a queue and processed as soon as space becomes available.
The queuing system helps ensure every report gets the resources it needs to be high quality, and reduces the chance of reports failing due to demand spikes.
What will I see?
If your report is queued, after selecting your report template you'll be taken back to the Reports tab. A message confirming your report has been queued will pop up, providing an estimate of how long you can expect to wait and where to find your report once it has generated.
Queue time is calculated based on the number of reports ahead of yours and how long those reports are expected to take.
After selecting Done, the queued report will appear in your Reports tab and the teamspace it was run in.
Once the report has left the queue and begins generating, the Queued tag on the far right will change to Generating.
