Your account settings are found in the My Settings panel within the user menu. To access the user menu click on the ‘Hi, your name’ button in the top right of the Xapien portal.
Changing Personal Details
Personal details can be edited by clicking into the field you wish to change. Once you have made your edits, click ‘Done’ at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Personal details that can be edited include:
First name
Last name
Job title (this is an optional detail and can be left blank)

Changing your password
You can change your password by clicking on the ‘Reset password’ link. This will send you an email, as shown below, with a link to reset your password.
Auto-share settings
Auto-share enables you to share reports with specific users or groups automatically after they have been generated.
To turn this setting on, toggle the Auto-share button (located on the right side of the panel). When auto-share is enabled the toggle will appear blue.
Once auto-share has been enabled you can choose the users/groups that automatically receive reports using the ‘Set up Auto-share’ button:
Click the ‘Set up Auto-share’ button.
Enter in the name of the user or the group you want to share reports automatically with.
Select their access to reports (can view or can edit).
Click the ‘Add’ button.
Click the ‘Done’ button to save your changes (located at the bottom of the My Settings panel).
Any users or groups that you already automatically share reports with will be listed below auto-share settings.
Alternatively, auto-share can also be enabled from the bottom of the Xapien portal home page. Once auto-share has been enabled you can also turn it off from the portal home page by clicking the toggle.
Once your auto-share settings have been enabled, any subsequent reports run will be automatically shared with your selected users/groups.
Email notification for reports
Email confirmations for report completion can be switched on/off depending on your preference.
To enable report completion notifications click on the toggle Notify me when a report is ready. When notifications are enabled this toggle will appear blue.
To turn off report completion notifications, click the toggle Notify me when a report is ready. When notifications are off the toggle button will appear as a white circle.
Click the ‘Done’ button to save your changes (located at the bottom of the My settings panel).
Once disabled, report status remains visible in the app (via the queuing page, pop-up and report centre), but no emails will be sent.
Please note, if report notifications are enabled, an email will be generated regardless of whether your report has been queued.
