When someone in your organisation shares a report directly with you, you'll receive an email letting you know - so shared reports never sit unnoticed, and you can pick up the research straight away.
What the email includes
The notification email tells you everything you need to get started:
Who shared the report with you
The report subject
Your access level - View or Edit, matching what you were granted
A button to open the report directly in Xapien
When will I receive one?
The email is sent for direct user-to-user shares - when someone uses the Share flow to share a report with you specifically.
You won't receive an email for every report that sits in a shared teamspace - only when a report is shared with you directly.
Can I turn these emails off?
Yes. You can turn share notification emails on or off at any time from your notification preferences in Settings.
