What to expect in your quarterly account review

Your Xapien Customer Success Manager will schedule quarterly business reviews with your teams admin user to:

  • Review your usage statistics and key achievements

  • Address any questions or concerns

  • Discuss upcoming product updates and features

  • Plan strategic goals for the next quarter
